• Who is eligible to register for Harveys Supermarket​ rewards?

  You must be at least 13 years old and live in the United States (or territories). Businesses cannot register for Harveys Supermarket rewards.

• Why do you need my email?

  Harveys Supermarket will send you personalized offers through email so that you never miss a deal!

• How long do points last?

  Points expire 6+ months after they are earned. After points are earned, they will expire on the last day of the month that is six months after they are earned. For example, if points are earned on February 12th, those points will expire on August 31st (the last day of the month that is six months after the date earned).

• How do I earn Harveys Supermarket rewards points?

  Harvey’s Supermarket rewards points are earned on qualifying purchases in Harvey’s Supermarket stores. Use your phone number or rewards barcode in the Harvey’s Supermarket mobile app at checkout. To Earn even more points, look for items tagged “Deal of the Week”, tap to activate offers and redeem points multiplier coupons in the app. Purchasing select gift cards will earn you at least 3x points every day.

• Where can I see the Harveys Supermarket​ rewards points that I have earned?

  Your points balance will print on your receipt after you shop with us. You can also check your points balance in the Harveys Supermarket app or at harveyssupermarkets.com.

• Will I get rewards points on my online orders?

  Be sure to update your Shipt, Uber, and/or Instacart account with the phone number associated with your rewards account to earn points from your online orders. You will earn 1 point for every $2 spent. Points multiplier coupons, additional offers, and Deal of the Week offers are not available online. Rewards points can take up to 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account

• How do I use my points for savings on groceries?

  If you are a fully registered rewards member, just scan your rewards barcode in the Harveys Supermarket app or use your phone number at checkout! You will see the prompt to “Use Points” on the PIN pad, if you have enough points to save. You can then choose how many points you would like to use on your transaction.

• What is the minimum amount of points needed to redeem?

  Customers must have a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings.

• What is the maximum amount of points that can be redeemed?

  There is no maximum limit for redemption in a Harveys​ store, as long as you have the minimum of 100 points available.

• How can I use the Digital coupons?

  In order to use digital coupons, you must have a Harveys Supermarket rewards account. Once you have an account, you will then be able to select from a variety of available coupons that can be loaded directly to your Harveys Supermarket rewards account. Use your rewards phone number or scan your rewards barcode at checkout and the savings will automatically be applied when you purchase those items.
