Getting to know Harveys rewards

Harveys rewards is a rewards program that lets you earn points on qualifying purchases. Those points can then be used for savings on groceries in any Harveys store, and on fuel at participating Shell or other select fuel stations.

You can register for a Harveys rewards account via the Harveys app or start registration in any Harveys store.

To become a fully registered customer, eligible to use points for savings, you must finish registration via the Harveys mobile app, online at https://www.harveyssupermarkets.com/rewards or by calling the Customer Care Center 1-844-745-0463.

You must finish registration to use points on groceries or on fuel. Finishing registration also gives you Gold Status at Shell which saves you 5¢/gal off every fill at participating Shell stations, no points required (limit 20 gallons).

If your account has a PIN and password, then you are fully registered!

Harveys will send you personalized offers through email so that you never miss a deal!

Points will last for up to two years, expiring at the end of the next calendar year after the first points earning. For example, any points you earn in 2019 would expire on December 31, 2020.

Earning Harveys rewards points

Harveys rewards points are earned on qualifying purchases in Harveys stores. Use your phone number or digital card in the Harveys mobile app at checkout. To earn even more points, look for items tagged "Deal of the Week", and redeem Mystery Bonus coupons in the app. Purchasing select gift cards will earn you at least 3X points every day.

Points balance will print on your receipt. You can also check points in the Harveys app or harveyssupermarkets.com

Unfortunately, as these deliveries are run through a third party, you are not able to receive rewards points for Shipt purchases.

Using Harveys rewards points

Points can be used to save money on groceries in Harveys or on fuel at participating Shell stations or other select fuel stations.

You must be fully registered in Harveys rewards with a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings. Every 100 points is a $1 off groceries or at least 5¢/gal off fuel.

If you are a fully registered rewards member, just scan your digital card in the Harveys app or use your phone number at checkout! You will see the prompt to “Use Points” on the PIN pad, if you have enough points to save. You can then choose how many points you would like to use on your transaction.

If you are a fully registered rewards member, you can either swipe your rewards card at OR enter your 14-digit ALT ID at Shell. Your ALT ID and more information on redeeming at Shell can be found in the Harveys app.

To redeem points at Shell without your rewards card, just select "Fuel Rewards", then enter your 14 digit ALT ID, which consists of your 10 digit phone number and four digit PIN number. Download the Harveys app to view your ALT ID.

Your 14-Digit ALT ID is the 10 digit phone number you registered with, followed by your four digit PIN number in one continuous string. Your ALT ID can be found in the Harveys app.

Your rewards points transfer in increments of 100 points for an additional 5¢/gal off the cost of fuel. For example, if your points balance is 650 points, 600 points will automatically transfer to 30¢/gal + 5¢/gal = 35¢/gal in savings! There will be 50 points left in your points balance.

Customers must have a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings.

There is no maximum limit for redemption in a Harveys store, as long as you have the minimum of 100 points available. Members may redeem up to 9900 points at the fuel pump.

As a fully registered customer, when you swipe your card at the pump we will share your account information with Fuel Rewards® to create your Fuel Rewards account. Fuel Rewards will send you an email to set a password for your Fuel Rewards account. You can also elect to have a Fuel Rewards card mailed directly to you.

If you already have an account, Fuel Rewards will link your accounts automatically.

Yes, however some Shell stations will give you the choice* to select YES or NO to use ALL points. When you use your rewards at the pump, you can select “YES” to automatically USE ALL of your rewards points. The pump will deduct the points in 100 point increments. Select “NO” and none of your rewards points will be used. If you select “NO”, you will still receive an automatic 5c/gal (up to 20 gallons) with Gold Status! "

As a fully registered Harveys rewards customer, when you swipe your Harveys rewards card at Shell, you get 5¢/gal off fuel every day up to 20 gallons, no points required. Redemption at non-Shell stations will not be eligible for Gold Status.

TThe Fuel Rewards® program has a select number of non-Shell branded stations to accommodate customers in such cases. To find a nearby participating station, please click here. Remember, you are always able to use your points in any Harveys store.

Managing Account

How do I get Gold Status at Shell? You will automatically receive Gold Status at Shell when you fully enroll in the Harveys rewards program. All you have to do is swipe your Harveys rewards card at any participating Shell station to save the 5¢/gal on every fill, every day.

No worries! You don't need the physical card. You can still earn and use points in our store by scanning your digital card in the Harveys app or by giving your phone number at checkout. To use points on fuel, just enter your 14 digit ALT ID at the pump.

You can update your information in the Harveys app.

You can change your rewards PIN in the Harveys app, online at harveyssupermarkets.com/myaccount, or by contacting Customer Service Center at 1-844-745-0463.

Digital Coupons

In the Harveys app, once a digital coupon is clipped, it will go to your "clipped savings" in the wallet. You can view all clipped or activated coupons in your wallet.

No, the digital coupons are automatically loaded to your Harveys rewards card and automatically apply when you use your card at checkout.

In order to use digital coupons you must have a Harveys rewards account. Once you have an account, you will then be able to select from a variety of available coupons that can be loaded directly to your Harveys rewards account. Use your rewards phone number or scan your digital card at checkout and the savings will automatically be applied when you purchase those items.

No, there is no cost for using digital coupons or to have a Harveys rewards account.

We offer alcohol delivery in our Florida stores! If you are in the coverage area for this service, beer, wine, and spirits may be available for delivery. A $7 delivery fee will be applied to alcohol orders from Harveys Wine & Spirits. Please note that you must be 21 or older with a valid ID to place or receive an alcohol order.

At this time, we cannot deliver tobacco products, gift cards, prescription medications, propane tanks, or lottery cards.

Delivery is free for Shipt members on orders of $35 or more. Smaller orders are welcome, but a $7 delivery fee will be added to cover delivery costs.

Delivery fees for Instacart orders will vary depending on the size of your order and your delivery time selected. Instacart Express members have free delivery on orders over $35, though service fees may still apply.

Pickup is available at stores in select areas and is included in Shipt memberships. If this option is available in your area, you’ll be able to choose between “delivery” or “pick up” when placing an order. For pickup orders, the Shipt Shopper will purchase your items and prepare them for pickup at a store of your choice.

Be sure to update your Shipt and/or Instacart account with the phone number associated with your rewards account to earn points from your online orders. You will earn 1 point for every $2 spent. Mystery Bonus coupons or Deal of the Week offers are not available online. Rewards points can take up to 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
