Getting to know SE Grocers rewards

At Southeastern Grocers, we are constantly focused on creating value for our customers and offering a strong loyalty program is an important part of that commitment. Based on customer feedback, our past loyalty program was not meeting the needs of our customers. In response to our customers’ feedback, we have developed a new program that offers rewards on what our customers need most – food for their families and fuel from Shell for their vehicles.

SE Grocers rewards is a loyalty program that lets you earn points when you make qualifying purchases at BI-LO, Fresco Y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores. Those points can then be used for savings on groceries in any Southeastern Grocers store, and on fuel at participating Shell or other select fuel stations.

You can get your SE Grocers rewards card in any BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores.

To become a fully registered customer, eligible to use points for savings, you must finish registration at or by calling the Customer Service Center 1-844-745-0463.

You must complete registration to use points. Completing registration also gives you Gold Status at Shell which saves you 5¢/gal off every fill at participating Shell stations, no points required (limit 20 gallons).

If your account has a PIN and password, then you are fully registered!

The next time you shop at Harveys use your phone number at checkout and you will get your SE Grocers rewards card in store.

You must be at least 13 years old and live in the United States (or territories). Businesses cannot register for SE Grocers rewards.

Harveys will send you personalized offers through email so that you never miss a deal!

Points will last for up to two years, expiring at the end of the next calendar year after the first points earning. For example, any points you earn in July of 2018 would expire on December 31st, 2019.

Earning SE Grocers rewards Points

SE Grocers reward points are earned on eligible purchases in BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets and Winn-Dixie stores. Use your card, phone number or digital card at checkout. To earn even more points, purchase items with bonus points and redeem point’s offers on the receipt. Purchasing select gift cards will earn you at least 3X points every day.

Using SE Grocers rewards Points

Points can be used to save money on groceries in (banner) or on fuel at participating Shell stations or other select fuel stations.

You must be fully registered in SE Grocers rewards with a minimum balance of 100 points to use points for savings. Every 100 points is a $1 off groceries or at least 5¢/gal off fuel.

As a fully registered customer, when you swipe your card at the pump we will share your account information with Fuel Rewards® to create your Fuel Rewards account. Fuel Rewards will send you an email to set a password for your Fuel Rewards account.

If you already have an account, Fuel Rewards will link your accounts automatically.

Yes. If you swipe your SE Grocers rewards card at the pump, all points on the account, in 100 point increments, will be used to give you instant savings at the pump.

For instance, if you have 340 points on your account when you swipe at the pump, 300 points will be deducted, saving you a total of 20¢/gal including the 5¢/gal you earn automatically with your Gold Status from Shell. This will then leave 40 points left on your account.

As a fully registered SE Grocers rewards customer, when you swipe your SE Grocers rewards card at Shell, you get 5¢/gal off fuel every day up to 20 gallons, no points required. Redemption at non-Shell stations will not be eligible for Gold Status.

There is no maximum limit for redemptions in BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarkets or Winn-Dixie stores, as long as the minimum of 100 points is met. Customers may redeem up to 9999 points at the fuel pump.

Unfortunately, as these deliveries are run through a third party, you are not able to receive rewards points for [Shipt/Instacart] purchases.

Managing Account

You will automatically receive Gold Status at Shell when you fully enroll in the SE Grocers rewards program. All you have to do is swipe your SE Grocers rewards card at any participating Shell station to save the 5¢/gal on every fill every day.

If your SE Grocers rewards card is lost or stolen, contact the SE Grocers rewards Customer Service Center at 1-844-745-0463. The lost or stolen card will be canceled and replaced via mail in only a few weeks. While waiting for your new card to arrive, you can still earn, and use points by using your phone number and PIN at the register and pump.

No problem. Simply use your phone number at checkout to earn points. You can also use your digital card in the banner app. When you are ready to use points in Southeastern Grocers stores you can use your Phone Number and PIN. To redeem points at Shell and other select fuel stations enter your 14 digit ALT ID, which consists of your 10 digit phone number and 4 digit PIN number.

We are only able to issue customers points that they earned in our stores. Only fully registered customers will have receive their balances issued in the new program no later than July 18th

Yes, however, you will not be earning points to use for savings on groceries or fuel.


Can I use manufacturers' coupons when I'm shopping with the card?

Digital Coupons

Digital coupons enable you to save even more on your groceries. To use digital coupons, simply select the coupons you want, scan your reward card at checkout (or provide your phone number) and the coupons will automatically be applied to your purchased items.

No, the digital coupons are automatically loaded to your SE Grocers rewards card and automatically apply when you use your card at checkout.

In order to use digital coupons you must first upgrade to SE Grocers rewards. Then navigate to the section. You will then be able to select from a variety of available coupons that can be loaded directly onto your SE Grocers rewards card. Use your SE Grocers rewards card at checkout and the savings will automatically be applied when you purchase those items.

No there is no cost to upgrade to SE Grocers rewards or to use digital coupons.

You can see all of your activated coupons by viewing your Shopping List.

No, you can activate as many coupons as you want.

Yes, digital coupons are just like printed coupons and have an expiration date displayed on each coupon.

On your receipt look for the letters ‘MC’ next to the item you purchased. This indicates that a coupon was successfully redeemed.


The purchase must be for $5.00 or more in grocery items at a Harveys store that has a pharmacy. The $5.00 off is not applicable to a RX copay, alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets, postage stamps, Western Union, etc.If you spent more than $5.00 on grocery items at a qualifying Harveys store and the $5.00 did not come off, please call the Customer Support Center.
