Chile-marinated berry mozzarella salad recipe

Step 1
In medium bowl, toss plums, jalapeño, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, vinaigrette, basil and oregano; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Fold in mozzarella, salt and pepper. Makes about 5 cups.
Step 2
Serve salad garnished with basil leaves, if desired.
